A day in the life of a Realtor…..even in this “buyer’s market” sometimes the buyer does not get the home.  Why?  Because, when it’s a buyer’s market (and buyers know it is and believe it) – they are out looking also and will make the decision to purchase. 

Is it disappointing the the buyer that didn’t get the home?  Of course, the good news is, there are others on the market!
