A day in the life of a Realtor…..even in this “buyer’s market” sometimes the buyer does not get the home. Why? Because, when it’s a buyer’s market (and buyers know it is and believe it) – they are out looking also and will make the decision to purchase.
Is it disappointing the the buyer that didn’t get the home? Of course, the good news is, there are others on the market!

Obviously the three of you have achieved a high level of success, but you offered real “how to” advice. I took notes and shared the information on my next realtor office call I thought it was so good. I am really glad I went and was able to get to know you better! Allen’s a lucky man.
Now, regarding why we get up earlier, I’m not sure I want to agree with your thought that it’s related to menopause. This would make me feel old. I prefer to believe it’s because we are better workers as we mature.
Please include me in Woman’s Aide as I would enjoy being part of something good.

Thank you for attending the Top Producer Panel and as I stated Thursday, it was an honor. We need to have more discussions on what we need to do to create a good and successful business and earn the trust of the public.
